- Return Window: You may request a return or size exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Eligibility: Due to the critical safety nature of our products, all returned items must be in brand-new, unworn condition with all original tags and protective films attached. Helmets must not have any scratches or signs of usage.
- Refunds/Exchanges:
- Exchanges: If your gear doesn’t fit correctly, we will exchange it for the proper size, subject to stock availability.
- Refunds: Approved returns will be refunded via the original payment method (or as store credit), minus shipping charges, after we inspect the returned gear.
- Process: To initiate a return, contact our support team with your order number and photos of the item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
